Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance applications.

• • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance guidance to development teams.

  • Ensure on-time, quality delivery of projects through collaboration with Product, Delivery, and cross-functional teams.

  • Review code, define best practices, and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, removing blockers for teams.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and architecture diagrams.

  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while partnering closely with stakeholders.

  • Contribute to technology planning, strategic initiatives, and team hiring/evaluation.

  Mandatory Technical Skills

  Node.js, Python (FastAPI), GenAI, React.js, Angular.js, MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Azure, GCP, ElasticSearch
