Lead end-to-end design and implementation of sophisticated Revenue Cloud solutions including custom objects, automations, and integrations.
Configure pricing rules, discount schedules, subscription models, revenue recognition setups, and billing workflows.
Troubleshoot integration issues, performance problems, and complex data quality scenarios.
Provide ongoing support, documentation, training, and periodic system enhancements.
Partner with sales, finance, and IT teams to understand business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Stay current with new Revenue Cloud capabilities and contribute to continuous solution optimisation.
Develop flows, batch jobs, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce standards.
Work in agile delivery environments and follow secure coding & platform compliance guidelines.
Support integration initiatives with ERP systems like NetSuite.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience across Billing, Subscriptions, Orders, Quotes, and Revenue Recognition.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and CPQ integrations.
Proven ability to design and implement complex Revenue Cloud and automation frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems such as ERPs.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
