Overview

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Global Benefits Consultant responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC and Global Benefits solutions across multi-country environments, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with global HR strategy.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits implementations including design, configuration, customization, deployment, and support

  • Design and configure global benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and life event processing

  • Partner with HR and Benefits leaders to align benefits solutions with global HR strategy and governance models

  • Conduct requirement-gathering and solution-design workshops with business stakeholders

  • Advise on global and regional benefits compliance, governance, and regulatory best practices

  • Ensure seamless integration with Employee Central Core HR, Payroll, and third-party benefits providers

  • Own solution integrity across benefits processes, data models, reporting, and analytics

  • Drive multi-country benefits implementations ensuring alignment with local regulations and organizational goals

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated benefits solutions

  • Establish governance frameworks for benefits processes and system design

  • Support change management and user adoption for new benefits technology

  • Introduce SAP ecosystem innovations to enhance employee experience and benefits administration

  • Improve benefits analytics, dashboards, and compliance reporting

  • Lead design-thinking sessions to create intuitive employee benefits enrollment and management experiences


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

  • 6–8+ years of experience in HR technology consulting

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end benefits technology implementations

  • Experience managing global, multi-country benefits programs

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex global environments

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

  • SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits certification

  • Experience integrating with payroll systems, benefits carriers, and compliance platforms

  • Familiarity with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central
