Lead end-to-end configuration of SuccessFactors EC Benefits, including the design and rollout of a global benefits catalogue with country-specific variations.
Configure entitlements, benefit elections, employer and employee contributions, opt-out options, and alternative choice scenarios.
Design and maintain cost configuration models to support premium updates, renewals, and cost-sharing structures.
Enable dependent management, life events processing, and annual enrollment cycles, integrated with onboarding and core HR workflows.
Define and execute eligibility mapping across countries and employee populations, ensuring mandatory data completeness and accuracy.
Establish reporting and analytics for benefit participation, payroll and pension interfaces, total rewards visibility, and cost tracking.
Own the benefits governance model, including maintenance ownership, SLAs, renewals, life events handling, and change management processes.
Identify implementation and operational risks related to data quality, timelines, renewals, and budgets, and drive mitigation and testing strategies.
Coordinate delivery milestones covering catalogue build, eligibility setup, reporting, testing, and Phase 1 go-live readiness.
Partner with internal communications teams to deliver employee-facing documentation, FAQs, and guidance for benefits access within SuccessFactors.
Minimum 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits configuration across multiple countries.
Proven experience delivering large-scale benefits implementations, including eligibility rules, life events, and annual enrollment cycles.
Strong understanding of employer and employee contribution models, payroll and pension integrations, and benefits cost reporting.
Demonstrated ability to establish governance frameworks, manage vendors, and oversee ongoing benefits maintenance and renewals.
Strong data analysis, validation, and testing expertise to ensure data completeness and accuracy prior to go-live.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and regional HR teams.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.
