Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits Consultant / Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits Consultant / Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing, configuring, and implementing global benefits solutions for large enterprises. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, seamless integrations, and optimized benefits administration processes. This is a contract/freelance engagement for an initial duration of six months, with a strong possibility of extension, and can be performed from any Aventra office or fully remotely.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits for large and complex global organizations

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand global benefits requirements, conduct discovery workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solution designs

  • Configure and customize global benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations within SuccessFactors

  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

  • Provide subject matter expertise on global benefits processes, statutory requirements, and SAP SuccessFactors best practices

  • Deliver end-user and support team training to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing operational readiness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integrations and data exchange

  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements

  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, testing outcomes, and support procedures

  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry best practices, proactively recommending improvements to benefits administration processes


Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central Global Benefits

  • Proven experience leading global or multi-country benefits implementations for large enterprises

  • Strong understanding of benefits program design, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and regulatory compliance

  • Experience working with MDF-driven frameworks within SuccessFactors

  • Ability to independently lead solution architecture discussions and client workshops

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams

  • Experience working in contract or consulting-based delivery models

  • Availability for a 6-month engagement with flexibility for extension
