The Operations Analyst will support AMER operational, financial, procurement, and asset-management activities, working closely with the Operations Lead. The role focuses on execution, data validation, reporting, and governance support while ensuring smooth coordination with US stakeholders. The position follows a rotational AMER and noon shift model and is based onsite in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Support vendor management, procurement, and billing activities including REQ and PO processing, invoice tracking, approval follow-ups, and dispute support.
Assist with month-end accounting activities, reconciliations, and responses to finance and business inquiries.
Perform data verification, reporting, and Excel-based analysis for financial dashboards and operational reviews.
Maintain staff-plan updates, time-tracking governance, and monthly actuals tracking.
Support IT asset and inventory tracking, including Marley assets, Unity service requests, and reconciliation activities.
Assist with AMER decommissioning workflows for applications and equipment under defined processes.
Support BYOD reimbursement program activities including user follow-ups, approvals, and reporting.
Compile data for monthly financial reviews, AMER dashboards, EXCO materials, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and reporting artifacts to support audits and governance.
3 to 5 years of experience in operations, finance operations, procurement, or analyst roles.
Experience supporting global clients, with comfort working in AMER shifts and interacting with US stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting for operational and financial analysis.
Exposure to procurement, billing, IT asset management, or service request workflows.
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Willingness to work rotational night and noon shifts from an onsite location in Whitefield, Bangalore.
