We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and workflow automation, along with a good understanding of HR processes and service management best practices.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules
Implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events
Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules
Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, and HR services
Develop client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and integrations
Configure HR data models, tables, and security roles
Work on REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in HRSD module
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, Script Include)
Experience in Flow Designer and Workflow development
Good understanding of HR processes and service delivery models
Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of ServiceNow security model and access controls
Exposure to Service Portal / Employee Center
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
