ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB Developer / Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules and CMDB architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB data governance, with the ability to align technical solutions to enterprise IT infrastructure needs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration

• Design, configure, and maintain CMDB architecture, ensuring data integrity and governance

• Develop and maintain MID Server configurations and integrations

• Optimize CMDB data model, relationships, and CI lifecycle management

• Troubleshoot ITOM/CMDB performance and data reconciliation issues

• Build integrations with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for accurate service mapping

• Support audits, reporting, and CMDB health dashboards

• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical guidance
