We are seeking an experienced SAP Commission Administration professional to manage, configure, and support commission processes within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate commission calculations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with business stakeholders to support sales incentive programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and support SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud / SAP ICM) to ensure smooth commission calculations and payout processes
Perform administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Commissions application setup
Operate and monitor IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) v12 integrations related to SAP Commissions
Support IBM DataPower operations including configuration, policy management, and API gateway monitoring
Trace and troubleshoot REST and SOAP API calls across SAP Commissions, CRM, ERP, and other integrated systems
Perform data analysis, extraction, and troubleshooting using Oracle SQL for commission validation and reconciliation
Manage data loads, interfaces, and error handling for upstream and downstream integrations
Support UAT and production deployments ensuring accuracy and integrity of commission data
Participate in performance tuning, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain technical documentation such as data flow diagrams, interface details, and configuration guides
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver reliable solutions
Work in a 24×7 shift-based support environment as required
Must Have Skills:
Overall 4–6 years of experience in SAP Commissions administration and support
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud / SAP ICM)
Solid operational knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise v12
Experience with IBM DataPower Gateway operations
Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs with troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data validation, debugging, and reporting
Good understanding of sales incentive management, commission processing, and payout workflows
Experience integrating SAP Commissions with ERP/CRM systems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or similar)
Familiarity with incident and change management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have:
Awareness of DevOps tools and practices
ITIL certification
Experience in agile development environments
Education:
BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
