We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM professional with strong end-to-end implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across core ITOM modules and be capable of independently handling development, configuration, and optimization of ITOM solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions
– Configure and customize ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
– Maintain and optimize CMDB architecture and data integrity
– Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and third-party tools
– Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues related to ITOM
– Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams
– Participate in requirement gathering and technical solution design discussions
– Ensure best practices and platform governance standards are followed
– Provide documentation and knowledge transfer where required
Requirements:
– 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with strong focus on ITOM
– Hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
– Experience in end-to-end ITOM implementation
– Good understanding of infrastructure environments (Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud)
– Experience with integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
– Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
– Good communication skills (4 to 4.5 out of 5 proficiency level)
