We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist with strong expertise in RELEX to support our OMS and Replenishment Modernization initiative. The role focuses on ensuring quality, performance, and automation excellence during the transition from Symphony Gold to RELEX. This position will play a critical role in validating forecasting accuracy, replenishment workflows, and end-to-end supply chain data integrity.
Manage functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across OMS and RELEX
Validate forecasting logic, replenishment workflows, and data accuracy
Ensure end-to-end data integrity across supply chain systems
Drive and expand test automation coverage across OMS and RELEX modules
Integrate automated test cases into CI/CD pipelines
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for API, UI, and data validation
Monitor QA metrics and performance benchmarks
Manage defect lifecycle and risk mitigation using JIRA
Collaborate with supply chain, product, and technology teams
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms
4+ years of QA experience with strong supply chain exposure
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with RELEX (configuration, workflows, forecasting, replenishment)
Strong understanding of OMS and replenishment processes
Experience validating forecasting models and inventory logic
Hands-on experience in SQL for data validation
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD environments
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Experience in Agile environments
