We are hiring an experienced MDM Functional Consultant to strengthen enterprise master data governance across supply chain and Order Management domains. This role will establish trusted data foundations that enable inventory accuracy, ATP (Available to Promise), sourcing, replenishment, and order orchestration. The consultant will lead master data governance, golden record design, and data quality initiatives across product, vendor, and location domains.
Define and implement master data standards across Product, Vendor, Location, Pricing, and Assortment domains
Establish data ownership, stewardship models, and approval workflows
Maintain and manage data hierarchies (category, department, class, store clusters, fulfillment nodes)
Design canonical data models and define survivorship rules
Implement match/merge logic and duplicate resolution strategies
Manage reference data including UOM, lifecycle codes, lead times, and replenishment parameters
Develop and automate data quality rules for completeness, validity, consistency, and timeliness
Build data quality dashboards and scorecards
Perform data profiling and remediation
Support SIT and UAT validation cycles for OMS and supply chain systems
Ensure master data integrity supports ATP, sourcing, reservations, and fulfillment rules
Partner with merchandising, supply chain, and operations teams
5–8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality
Strong domain expertise in Retail, Supply Chain, or OMS environments
Hands-on SQL experience for data profiling and validation
Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SSIS, or similar)
Exposure to MDM platforms (Simplain preferred)
Familiarity with REST/JSON API integrations
Strong understanding of product, vendor, and location master data
Knowledge of UOM structures, pack configurations, replenishment logic, and inventory dependencies
Understanding of OMS concepts including ATP, sourcing, and order orchestration
