Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow S2P (Source-to-Pay) Solution Architect with strong functional and technical expertise to lead end-to-end design and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have delivered multiple S2P implementations with strong integration and scripting capabilities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow S2P solutions
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions
- Design and implement integrations across ERP, finance, and payment systems using REST/SOAP, APIs, and MID Server
- Develop and customize solutions using scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
- Collaborate with ITSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog teams while ensuring governance alignment
Mandatory Requirements
- 8–9 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Strong experience in integrations and scripting
- Experience with Payments, Invoicing, and Accounting systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS Certification
- Exposure to Performance Analytics
