We are looking for an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Expert / Lead with a
strong technical background and a proven track record in designing, developing, and
managing complex ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep
expertise in ITOM Visibility (Discovery, Federation, Service Mapping), CSDM, and
CMDB, with the ability to drive architectural decisions and deliver high-quality, scalable
ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM Visibility implementations including
Discovery, Federation, and Service Mapping.
• Manage and govern CSDM and CMDB data models ensuring data quality and
compliance.
• Design and develop secure API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAML, SSO)
and MID Server configurations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable
ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and optimize custom applications, workflows, and automation using
JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer.
• Own deliverables including solution design, documentation, and deployment
best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, with flexibility for potential
onsite engagement in the Netherlands.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM Visibility, CSDM/CMDB, and Digital Portfolio
Management (APM/DPM).
• Advanced scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and related frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
