Sr. Salesforce Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on
experience in Salesforce development and strong expertise in system integrations. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable
Salesforce solutions and integrating Salesforce with external systems. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Implement and maintain complex business logic using Apex triggers, batch classes, and
asynchronous processing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and
SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, XML).
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
