We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with 8+ years of
overall IT experience, including strong prior hands-on development experience. The
ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce solution design, architecture,
and development, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to
deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.
This role requires strong technical leadership, consulting mindset, and the ability to
drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations: requirement gathering, solution
design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce
solutions.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL,
SOSL.
• Build UI solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components,
and Lightning Experience.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using
REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices, design standards, and
governance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Support post-production deployments and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development and consulting
experience.
• Strong prior development background in Java, .NET, or other enterprise
technologies.
• Deep expertise in:
o Apex, Triggers, Batch & Scheduled Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Visualforce
o SOQL & SOSL
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules,
and governor limits.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps processes, and version control systems
(Git).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Certifications such as:
o Platform Developer I / II
o Sales Cloud Consultant
o Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning is an added
advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
