We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of IT
experience, including 8 years of strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise and
deep knowledge of system integrations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with external
enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical capabilities, architectural
understanding, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using:
o Apex
o Visualforce
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Aura Components
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms.
• Implement complex business logic using Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable
Apex, and other asynchronous processing methods.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate
them into scalable technical solutions.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams
to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in release planning and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6–8 years in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in:
o Apex (Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Queueable)
o Visualforce
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o SOQL & SOSL
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations:
o REST/SOAP APIs
o OAuth authentication
o JSON/XML data handling
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security model,
and governor limits.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
