Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to
join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business
stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and helping
implement effective ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow
implementations and enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into
functional specifications.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and project managers to ensure
successful delivery of solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
- Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other platform
capabilities.
- Assist in system testing, UAT coordination, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Ensure best practices and governance are followed in ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3+ years working on the
ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change,
and Service Catalog.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in UAT coordination and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of integrations and ServiceNow platform capabilities is a plus.
