We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help build a next-generation AI-powered
conversational platform featuring chatbots integrated with avatar-based interactions and
lip-syncing capabilities. The role involves designing and implementing LLM-powered
conversational systems, integrating speech and avatar technologies, and developing AI
pipelines that enable real-time interaction between users and digital avatars. The ideal
candidate should have strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, speech processing, and AI
model integration, with hands-on exposure to real-time conversational AI systems.
Scope Of Work:
Conversational AI Development
● Design and develop LLM-powered chatbot systems for conversational experiences.
● Implement conversational workflows including prompt orchestration, context
management, and response generation.
● Integrate chatbots with knowledge bases, APIs, and external data sources.
Avatar & Speech Integration
● Integrate AI systems with avatar engines capable of real-time lip-syncing and facial
animation.
● Work with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies to enable
voice-driven conversations.
● Ensure synchronization between AI-generated responses, speech output, and avatar lip
movements.
AI Model Integration
● Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.
● Build pipelines for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge-grounded
responses.
● Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and response optimization.
AI Platform Development
● Develop backend AI services and APIs supporting chatbot and avatar workflows.
● Optimize AI models for latency, scalability, and reliability.
● Build AI pipelines for real-time interaction and streaming responses.
Collaboration
● Work closely with frontend engineers, UX designers, and product teams to design
conversational experiences.
● Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to integrate AI services into the
platform architecture.
● Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
Skills in the spotlight:
Core AI Skills
● Strong experience with Python (5+ years).
● Expertise in NLP, Generative AI, and conversational AI systems.
● Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
● Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks.
Conversational AI Technologies
● Experience building chatbots or virtual assistants.
● Experience implementing RAG pipelines using vector databases.
● Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Speech & Avatar Technologies
● Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies.
● Exposure to real-time avatar animation or lip-syncing systems.
● Familiarity with platforms such as D-ID, Synthesia, Unreal MetaHuman, or similar
avatar engines is a plus.
Backend & Integration
● Experience building AI services and APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask).
● Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
● Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
Cloud & Infrastructure
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Experience with Docker and containerized AI deployments.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production AI deployments.
Preferred Skills
● Experience with real-time AI streaming architectures.
● Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, voice, video).
● Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication systems.
● Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and prompt governance.
● Experience optimizing latency for interactive AI applications.
Education
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data
Science, or related field.
