As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for aspiring tech professionals. You'll
understand their career goals, guide them through our programs, and help them make informed decisions about
their learning journey. This is a consultative sales role where you genuinely help people transform their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential learners via calls and guide them through career opportunities in tech
- Understand their career goals, pain points, and aspirations through consultative conversations
- Present Scaler's programs as solutions that align with their professional objectives
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Passion for sales and achieving targets
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Good to Have
- Experience in high-ticket sales
- Background in selling MBA / degree courses
- Experience with CRM tools like LeadSquared
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
