The Junior Consultant / Consultant – Customer Happiness role is focused on delivering high-quality inbound customer support for insurance-related queries. The position involves handling customer calls, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and performance metrics. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Customer Communication: Answer to customer calls to understand and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with Insurance products or services.
- Efficient Response: Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
- Active Listening: Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse irate customers as needed.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Performance Metrics: Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
- Policy Adherence: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
