As Consultant – Telesales, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales through outbound calling, lead conversion, and agent coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a target-driven mindset to achieve monthly sales goals across motor, health, and travel insurance portfolios.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion

  • Drive and achieve monthly topline targets through the agency vertical.
  • Ensure portfolio diversification across motor, non-motor, and health products.
  • Manage individual targets for agent recruitment, activation, and premium.

Agent Coordination

  • Drive agent recruitment through team members as per set targets.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure month-on-month activation of agents.

Experience & Skills Required

Work Experience
0–4 years of experience in sales or telesales roles.

Technology Known

  • MS Office
  • MS Excel

Qualifications

  • PUC (Pre-University Course)
  • No mandatory certifications required
