Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Manager with strong techno-functional expertise to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion applications (Finance/ERP & SCM modules). The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in both functional processes and technical capabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and communication
  • Oversee application support, incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes
  • Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, SCM)
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and optimization efforts
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with Oracle and clients for issue resolution and upgrades

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion applications
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM)
  • Hands-on technical understanding 
  • Proven experience in service delivery management and ITIL processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion certifications
  • ITIL certification
  • Exposure to Kanban/ Agile/ SDLC practices
