Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Manager with strong techno-functional expertise to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion applications (Finance/ERP & SCM modules). The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in both functional processes and technical capabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and communication
- Oversee application support, incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes
- Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, SCM)
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and optimization efforts
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with Oracle and clients for issue resolution and upgrades
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion applications
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM)
- Hands-on technical understanding
- Proven experience in service delivery management and ITIL processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion certifications
- ITIL certification
- Exposure to Kanban/ Agile/ SDLC practices
