We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead sales, business development, and operational activities across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills, along with experience driving revenue growth through both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and B2B channels. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and regional partners to ensure business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for achieving the team’s sales targets through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels as well as B2B (doctor’s referrals) and Business development activities
● Achieve Sales target for both D2C and B2B for prosthetics and other products within the region.
● Attain expected gross revenue target by implementing various marketing/promotion activities within the region. ● Supervise and guide region members to be able to execute tasks and meet profitability targets for the region as a team.
● Ensure set rules and procedures are followed by all region members at all times.
● Schedule and assign tasks to each region member to utilize resources optimally.
● Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional services and products within the shortest possible delivery time.
● Coordinate well with HQ functions and other Regions for smooth operation related to the region.
● Consult, inform, and provide activities and performance reports to the National Manager.
● Manage expenses for the region and continuously improve gross and net profit per hour for the zone.
● Acquire leads and contracts as a playing manager
● Development & management of campsites in and outside the region
● Examine sales-related data, propose and implement countermeasures to hit the targets.
Train, lead, and manage fellow sales executives and ensure the profitability of the region.
● Streamline and standardize sales operations.
● Collaborate with other teams in the company
● Report to the head of the Indian office as well as the HQ in Japan
● Implement any related activities including sales, marketing, and PR activities ● Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
● Planning and implementing strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives. ● Developing and executing business plans that align with the company's vision.
