ServiceNow Consultant

Overview

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will work closely with Architects and play a crucial role in
implementing ServiceNow solutions, such as ITSM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and
CMDB, to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for customising applications and
integrating them with other systems. You will also be responsible for developing the skills
of other Fusion consultants.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer workshops to understand requirements and present-day
challenges.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Work with architects to configure and customise ITSM modules, Asset Management
and a logical CMDB structure.
- Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer actions, etc.
- Collaborate with the global team, including architects, developers and business
analysts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems or applications using various
integration methods.
- Participate in system health reviews, upgrades and performance optimisations.
- Use the Automated Test Framework to validate configurations and customisations.
- Participate in UAT support, deployment activities, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA and CIS-ITSM (mandatory)
- ITIL V4 Foundation certified.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including
implementation and upgrade projects.
- Strong experience in ITSM, ITAM and CMDB
- Good to have knowledge of Discovery
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripts, Flow Designer, Transform Maps, Service Catalog,
Integrations and ServiceNow development best practices.
