YOU QUALIFY IF
• Your German is C2 — full mastery. C1 or below will not be considered.
• You have lived and worked in Germany for at least 3 years. India-only German study does not meet this requirement.
• You have 8+ years in German language instruction, curriculum development, or structured professional use of German
• You can produce publication-standard curriculum documents: session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, assessment rubrics

• Mumbai delivery — A1 through B2 batch training; B1 ≥85% and B2 ≥80% pass rates are your primary metrics

• Cross-city quality — enrolment screening design, remote trainer observation, <10% assessment variance across locations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curriculum Content Development
• Design and write VOICE German™ curriculum documents across all four levels (A1–B2): session plans, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, and assessment rubrics — aligned to CEFR and Goethe/TELC standards
• Develop nursing-specific language content: clinical vocabulary, patient interaction scripts, and scenario-based role-play content at every level
• Produce trainer certification materials — the documents that enable certified trainers to deliver the programme consistently across all cities
• Maintain version control and document compliance standards; all materials vest as EduBridge intellectual property
Training Delivery — Mumbai Batches
• Deliver VOICE German™ training to nursing candidates in Mumbai across the full A1 through B2 pathway
• Use communicative and immersive methodology: speaking labs, scenario role-plays, mock exams, weekly proficiency checks
• Monitor individual learner progress; intervene early when a candidate is at risk
• Prepare candidates comprehensively for Goethe-Institut or TELC B1 and B2 certification
Trainer Certification & Quality Assurance
• Certify trainers across all programme cities — covering curriculum, assessment methodology, and delivery standards
• Conduct induction, observation, feedback, and certification sessions for new trainer recruits
• Design and administer the German language enrolment screening test used across all cities
• Conduct periodic remote observation sessions of city trainers; travel to city locations for in-person audits as required
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• German C2 — full mastery. Hard requirement. The role cannot be performed at C1 or below.
• Minimum 3 years lived and working experience in Germany. Candidates who have only studied German in India will not be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in German language instruction, curriculum development, or professional use of German in a structured environment
• Proven ability to produce structured curriculum documents at professional, publishable standard
• Deep familiarity with CEFR and at least one external examination standard (Goethe-Institut, TELC, or ÖSD) from a practitioner perspective
• Working knowledge of healthcare or nursing German — Pflege vocabulary, clinical communication, patient interaction language
• Full professional English proficiency for internal documentation and coordination
Preferred
• Experience in a train-the-trainer, trainer certification, or academic programme management role
• Prior experience designing curriculum for healthcare professionals, nurses, or migration/pathway programmes
• Exposure to EdTech platforms, LMS environments, or AI-assisted language learning tools
• Active professional network in Germany — hospitals, nursing institutions, or Goethe-Institut
