We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect scalable systems, build complex features, mentor
engineering talent, and uphold engineering quality across backend and frontend layers.
This role requires deep fluency in .NET, Angular, SQL, distributed design, and performance optimization,
combined with technical leadership, clear communication, and strong delivery accountability.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect modular full-stack solutions with clear API, data, and UI boundaries
• Lead technical delivery and solution design for complex business requirements
• Drive code quality, PR discipline, and design review standards
• Guide engineers with pairing, mentoring, and structured RCA ownership
• Optimize performance across stack: DB, API, caching, runtime, UI
• Ensure secure architectures, role-based access, and logging
• Own end-to-end feature delivery: design → testing → release readiness
• Deep collaboration with QA, PM, Design, and DevOps
Required Skills
• Expert C#/.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, async patterns
• Angular & TypeScript at architecture level (modules, lazy loading, state)
• Advanced SQL — indexing, tuning, execution plans, data design
• Distributed architecture, caching, modular domain patterns
• System design, logging, observability, profiling, optimization

Qualifications
• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA or related field
