The SharePoint Technical & Administrative Resource is responsible for the development, configuration, administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft SharePoint environments. The role involves designing and customizing SharePoint sites and solutions, managing sites, users, permissions, content, workflows, integrations, and governance, while also providing technical troubleshooting and user support. The resource will work closely with business and IT teams to understand requirements, implement SharePoint solutions, maintain platform security and performance, and ensure efficient and reliable day-to-day operations.
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions.
Administer SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
Create and manage sites, site collections, lists, libraries, pages, and document repositories.
Configure and manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Develop and manage SharePoint workflows and business process automation.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
Configure and manage Power Automate workflows and Power Apps where required.
Develop and maintain SharePoint customizations and components.
Support SharePoint integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
Manage document libraries, metadata, content types, and information architecture.
Monitor SharePoint environment health, performance, storage, and availability.
Troubleshoot SharePoint application, configuration, access, and permission-related issues.
Provide technical and administrative support to end users.
Support SharePoint migrations, upgrades, deployments, and enhancements.
Implement and maintain SharePoint security, governance, and data management policies.
Handle access requests, onboarding, offboarding, and user administration.
Coordinate with Microsoft, IT, and other technical teams for complex issues.
Maintain technical, administrative, governance, and operational documentation.
Participate in testing, change management, and release activities.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Ensure SharePoint environments follow organizational security and governance standards.
