Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI & SAP Joule

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of 
advanced AI systems with a strong focus on Agentic AI architectures and SAP Joule integration. This role 
requires both deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide a team in building 
next-generation intelligent systems.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
● Lead the development of agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and 
execution 
● Architect scalable AI solutions integrating SAP Joule for enterprise workflows and automation 
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions 
● Define best practices for LLM orchestration, tool usage, and multi-agent systems 
● Mentor and manage a team of AI engineers and developers 
● Oversee deployment pipelines, model optimization, and system performance 
● Ensure alignment with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and scalability standards 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
● 6–10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields 
● Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) 
● Hands-on experience with SAP Joule AI (mandatory) 
● Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML stacks 
● Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) 
● Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases 
● Experience in building and orchestrating multi-agent systems 
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 
● Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills 
Good to Have 
● Experience with SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, etc.) 
● Exposure to enterprise automation and workflow systems 
● Prior experience in leading AI transformation initiatives
