We are looking for an OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level with experience in OCM and SAP/S/4HANA environments.
Job Requirements:
Consultant or Sr. Consultant level (Years of Experience – Less than 10 years (+/- 1 or 2 years))
Experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA
Understanding of manufacturing operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate on-site OCM activities (stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations)
Supporting on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities
Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish
Collaborating with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site
