Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager based in New Taipei City, Taiwan, with proven expertise in managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing currency change, global rollout, and implementation initiatives, and must be fluent in Chinese to coordinate effectively with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle EBS implementation and currency change projects across functional and technical streams.

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from planning and requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and change control processes.

  • Provide clear communication and project status updates to stakeholders and executive management.

  • Ensure compliance with global and local financial standards during currency change or revaluation activities.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system optimization.


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Oracle EBS projects (Finance, SCM, or HR modules preferred).

  • Demonstrated expertise in currency change projects, system rollouts, and global implementations.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, data migration, and integration processes.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (Chinese & English).

  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

  • Ability to work on-site in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
