We are seeking an experienced Lead Finance Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support an ongoing project in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The consultant will play a key role in managing and executing finance-related implementations, currency change initiatives, and system rollouts across business units. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Chinese and possess a strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules, business process mapping, and end-to-end solution delivery.
Lead Oracle EBS Finance functional activities across currency change, implementation, and rollout projects.
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze financial process requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) as per business needs.
Provide guidance on multi-currency setups, accounting conversions, and localization requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration between finance modules and other business systems.
Manage project timelines, documentation, UAT, and end-user training.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS finance modules post-implementation.
Act as the key liaison between global teams and local stakeholders in Taiwan.
Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant.
Proven experience in currency change, rollout, or global implementation projects.
Hands-on expertise in core Oracle Financials modules — GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
Strong functional knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, and local statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory; English communication proficiency preferred.
Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
