Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead with proven expertise in managing end-to-end implementations, currency change projects, and rollout activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, excellent leadership skills, and fluency in both English and Chinese to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Taiwan.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS technical initiatives, including new implementations, upgrades, and currency change rollouts.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.

• Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS modules using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Interfaces.

• Manage performance tuning, data migration, and integration with third-party systems.

• Ensure best practices in coding, deployment, and documentation aligned with global standards.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to development and support teams.

• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders in both Chinese and English to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development and leadership.

• Proven experience in currency change, implementation, and rollout projects.

• Hands-on expertise in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules such as Financials, SCM, and HRMS.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OA Framework.

• Experience in data migration, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and performance tuning.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

• Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan (onsite).
