Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with expertise in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and support engagements, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for global clients. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure business alignment.

• Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC modules to ensure smooth data flow and process consistency.

• Design and configure onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules as per client needs.

• Deliver expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC.

• Conduct client workshops, end-user training, and internal knowledge transfer sessions.

• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases, recommending best practices and innovations.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams in global delivery environments.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years in SAP SuccessFactors, with minimum 3 years in Onboarding 2.0.

• Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in RCM and EC with proven full-cycle implementation success.

• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 (mandatory); certifications in RCM or EC are a plus.

• Methodologies: Experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRIS, IT, or related field.

• Global Projects: Experience in multi-country rollouts and global implementations.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, client management, and leadership abilities.
