We are seeking a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to support implementation and configuration activities across Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC) modules. This is a 6-month freelance opportunity, offering exposure to global projects and collaboration with experienced consultants in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Assist in the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.
Support data mapping, testing, documentation, and other project delivery activities.
Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones.
Participate in requirement gathering, client discussions, and solution design sessions.
Perform system testing, issue identification, troubleshooting, and post–go-live support.
Maintain detailed project documentation, configuration notes, and user guides.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ONB 2.0, RCM, EC).
Good understanding of data models, workflows, business rules, and permissions in SuccessFactors.
Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/hybrid delivery models.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRIS, IT, or related discipline.
SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 (mandatory).
