Overview

We are hiring 40 Customer Success Associates for our Post-Payment (Issuance) team in the Health Insurance / Life Insurance domain. The role involves processing and issuing policies with high accuracy, supporting customers with post-sales requests, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This is a work-from-office role based in Kharadi, Pune, open to both freshers and experienced candidates with strong customer service capabilities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue insurance policies to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and process insurance applications, quotes, and endorsements
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve policy issues and improve process efficiency

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong customer centricity and situation handling skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Candidates with insurance post sales experience would be preferred

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with insurance software and systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to meet productivity and quality target
