Oracle IAM Lead / Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking an Oracle IAM Lead / Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise across the Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) suite. This role requires a hybrid professional who can drive architecture, design scalable identity solutions, and also execute deep technical implementation. The candidate will lead end-to-end IAM programs, manage application onboarding, define governance frameworks, and ensure secure, seamless integration across enterprise environments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle IAM solutions (OAM, OIM, OUD/OID).

• Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical designs.

• Perform hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization across IAM components.

• Manage SSO onboarding, connector integrations, policy configurations, and customizations.

• Define and implement identity lifecycle, access governance, RBAC/ABAC models, and compliance controls.

• Integrate IAM with third-party tools such as MFA, IGA, PAM, and enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to implementation engineers.

• Own documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment stabilization.

• Ensure system reliability, security, and adherence to architecture best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle IAM experience (OAM/OIM/OUD).

• Strong background in end-to-end IAM implementation across multiple environments.

• Proven capability to act as both architect and hands-on engineer.

• Experience delivering full-cycle IAM programs including design, build, integration, testing, and go-live.

• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, directory services, and security frameworks.
