Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT Services
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for managed services offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand client pain points and propose customized managed services solutions.
Solution & Proposal Management
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design service proposals.
- Prepare pricing models, proposals, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders effectively.
Market & Account Development
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with delivery, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
