Manage a portfolio of 20 to 25 concurrent projects
Ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, gathering requirements, and addressing concerns promptly.
Utilise expertise in Managed Service Provider (MSP), Windows, Linux, security, and network technologies to resolve technical issues and fulfill client needs efficiently.
Maintain contractual agreements with clients, ensuring compliance
