We're looking for a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer, with extensive hands on on Backup Administration, Recovery and Patch Management, for one of our MSP clients based in Australia. The ideal candidate will have high level expertise in Veeam backup and replication, and Windows Server Environments.

We are a leading technology solutions provider seeking a highly skilled L3 Technical Support Engineer to join our team. 

 

Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to patch management, backup, and recovery. 

 

Utilize advanced knowledge of Veeam and Windows technologies to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently. 

 

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement effective solutions and optimize system performance. 

 

Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with patching and backup policies. 

 

Document processes, procedures, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
