We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Technician with experience in automation and system administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Windows server administration, Active Directory, O365 Administration, Citrix Administration, and Desktop support. Additionally, proficiency in basic automation processes, space cleanups, software installs, and fault finding at the third-line level are essential for this role.
Develop and implement automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and maintain Windows server environments, including Active Directory and O365 services.
Oversee Citrix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Provide desktop support and resolve escalated technical issues.Conduct system optimizations and implement software installations.
