The Senior AEM Consultant (DAM Solution Architect) will be responsible for designing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM solutions, contributing to solution proposals, architecture design, and effort estimations. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in AEM DAM implementations, integrations, and migrations, with a strong ability to translate business and content requirements into scalable DAM architectures.
This role is well-suited for a senior consultant who has led DAM-centric engagements, supported presales or solutioning activities, and understands enterprise content and asset ecosystems.
Design and architect AEM Assets / DAM solutions aligned with enterprise content and asset management needs
Contribute to solution proposals, technical approach documents, and estimations
Define asset ingestion strategies, metadata models, taxonomies, workflows, and permission structures
Lead DAM integrations with CMS, eCommerce, PIM, and third-party systems (including Informatica P360)
Oversee asset migration, bulk metadata management, and DAM automation initiatives
Ensure DAM solutions align with performance, scalability, and security best practices
Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight during implementation
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM
Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, JCR, and REST APIs
Proven experience designing metadata schemas, taxonomies, workflows, and access controls
Experience integrating AEM DAM with CMS platforms, eCommerce systems, and PIM solutions
Hands-on exposure to asset migration and bulk operations
Ability to support solutioning, estimation, and client-facing technical discussions
Nice to have:
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
Knowledge of Dispatcher configuration, performance tuning, and security hardening
Prior involvement in presales, RFP responses, or solution architecture role
