Overview
This role is designed for a highly proactive, entrepreneurial Business Generalist who will operate as a strategic “right hand” to support and scale a portfolio of revenue-generating side projects. The position focuses on growth, operational scaling, opportunity identification, and cross-functional coordination rather than deep technical execution.

Job Description
- Act as a business and operations partner to support scaling of existing revenue-generating projects
- Identify growth opportunities across product, pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate with technical teams to drive execution without needing deep coding involvement
- Support operational workflows including customer handling, support coordination, and process improvements
- Conduct business analysis, financial modeling, and opportunity sizing
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to accelerate execution and improve efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase revenue and operational efficiency
- Help prioritize initiatives and drive execution across multiple parallel projects
Skills & Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of business, finance, or economics fundamentals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution and ownership
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and learning new tools
