Looking for someone who translates approved creative designs into scalable, production-ready outputs using a creative automation platform. The role is not about creating concepts, but about enabling existing creatives to work across formats, channels, and markets through structured templates and data-driven inputs. Requires strong design judgement, understanding of brand guidelines, and the ability to assess how creatives scale. Work spans static, HTML and video banners with potential to extend beyond digital channels. Involves collaboration with global teams.
• Convert design masters into automation-ready templates
• Audit creatives for scalability and flag risks early
• Define layout behaviour for dynamic inputs (copy, localisation, formats)
• Work with feed sheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to align data and design
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across outputs
• Solve for edge cases (overflow, reflow, spacing, layout breakage)
• Collaborate with global teams across markets
• Support testing and QA using real content
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components)
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop
• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive behaviour, and brand guidelines
• Ability to translate creative concepts into scalable design logic
• Experience with digital formats (banners, social, email)
• Ability to communicate fairly well in English
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
