SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years specifically focused on SAP SuccessFactors LMS. SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification is required.

Job Description

●Proven experience with SF LMS, including data migration, reporting, and at least two end-to-end implementations. 

●Expertise in consulting with global organizations on LMS best practices and cloud migration strategies

●Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and conduct gap analyses to ensure alignment with SF-LMS capabilities.

●Translate business needs into system configurations, creating solution designs that adhere to best practices.

●Lead data migration initiatives, including understanding client requirements, defining data quality rules, and providing migration recommendations.

●Manage system configuration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.

●Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

●Oversee system cutover, go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.

●Strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.

●Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.

●Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.

●Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus

Must Have:

●Minimum 7 Years IT experience.

●Minimum 6 Years of SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience.

●Should be expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

●Expertise in SuccessFactors advanced reporting is mandatory.

●Experience working with international clients.

●Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in Global HR processes.  

●Certified LMS professional with active certification

●Must be B. Tech/BE/BCA/MCA graduate.

●Should have consistent academic record of >60% aggregate.

●Continuous practical experience in AGILE Methods and ceremonies.

●In dept knowledge on SCRUM exchange with AGILE Leadership roles (BO, PO, Squad etc.).
