Key Responsibilities
Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
Ability to independently implement technically complex requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for Salesforce customization and automation. • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications within and outside the Salesforce platform.
Support and mentor junior developers within the project context and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, integrations, and functionality.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to follow best practices and ensure high-quality code standards.
Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production environments.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce's latest features, updates, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement in solutions.
Candidate should be comfortable working in UK shift timings and be available to align with UK business hours as required.
Be available for on-call support, as and when required, to address critical issues and provide timely assistance.
Mandatory Skills:
Salesforce Development: Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Flows: Expertise in creating and managing Flow automation, including complex logic and record updates.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Configuration, including data modelling and security settings.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce development using declarative tools.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Apex code and Flows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Certifications : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum).
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Knowledge / CPQ • Basic understanding of API Integrations
Certifications : Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Flows.
A strong customer-focused mindset, with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively and having a European/International Customer Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
