We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, SQL, and AWS to provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application stability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and microservices.
Troubleshoot issues related to Java applications and SQL queries.
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow).
Perform incident analysis and RCA documentation.
Monitor application health and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Mandatory Skills
3–5 years of experience in application or production support.
Strong troubleshooting experience in Java and SQL.
Good understanding of Microservices architecture and AWS.
Hands-on experience with Jira or ServiceNow.
Solid knowledge of incident management and RCA processes.
Desirable Skills
Basic scripting/automation using Shell, Python, or Batch.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Exposure to AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
ITIL certification or formal ITIL training.
