Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The role involves developing custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and automations while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions. Relevant Salesforce certifications are required.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
Ability to independently implement technically complex requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for Salesforce customization and automation.
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications within and outside the Salesforce platform.
Support and mentor junior developers within the project context and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, integrations, and functionality.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to follow best practices and ensure high-quality code standards.
Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production environments.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce's latest features, updates, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement in solutions.
Mandatory Skills
Salesforce Development: Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Flows: Expertise in creating and managing Flow automation, including complex logic and record updates.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Configuration, including data modelling and security settings.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce development using declarative tools.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Apex code and Flows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Certifications : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
