We are seeking an experienced Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) Consultant with strong expertise in workflow automation and professional services automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing PSA processes to drive operational efficiency and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA solutions to meet business needs.
Design, develop, and manage workflow automation processes within the PSA environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Ensure smooth integration of PSA with other financial and business applications.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure system stability.
Optimize PSA processes for project management, resource planning, and billing.
Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA.
Proven expertise in workflow automation within PSA solutions.
Strong understanding of professional services business processes (projects, resources, billing).
Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite in Bangalore or Jaipur (or relocate).
