We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM implementations, particularly within the Consumer Goods domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions to support Consumer Goods processes such as retail execution, route optimization, trade promotion management, and order management.
Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and ensure adherence to platform standards.
Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
Drive continuous improvements and optimize system performance.
Requirements
7–8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com platform.
Knowledge of data migration, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and APIs.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud) preferred.
